Ross Patterson became the Noodle Guy in 2010 with a stand at the Wolfville Farmers' Market, and opened a storefront in Port Williams in 2011. Here you can find fresh pasta and sauces of all kinds, as well as a selection of dry goods, preserves, olive oils, vinegars, and T.A.N. coffee. You can also grab coffee in the morning, join them for lunch Tuesday through Saturday, or come for dinner on Thursdays. Take-out is also available. All of their noodles and sauces are made by hand with ingredients that are as fresh and local as possible.
Ask the Noodle Guy about his private classes for corporate events, bridal showers or any private party. They can teach you pasta 101, risotto, Spanish tapas, sushi and even Sunday brunch. |
