Starr's Point Steers
A beef farm featuring grass fed Angus beef. Starrs Point Steers animals are born on pasture at our farm on the Canard Dyke (visible from Starrs Point Loop at Planter's Ridge Winery). They stay with the herd and their mother cows for over a year. The beef animals are wintered in a barn on hay and grass silage. In the Spring they are moved for grass finishing in Starr's Point on lush pasture. The beef is hung, dry aged for 21 days. No antibiotics, steroids or growth hormones are used.
